The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a very pleasant quiet area, close to restaurants, shops & the metro, Piazza Navona and Vatican and Vatican and Pantheon. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was stylish with aircon.

I had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Prati. the location was perfect, right in the middle of the neighborhood, and only a 15-minute walk to the Vatican City. It was a well-connected residential area, with easy access to public transportation. the area was not touristy, which meant I didn't have to deal with scams or overcrowding. There were plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby, where locals frequented. I particularly loved the Carbonara and Arrabiata penne pasta at Pizzeria San Marco. the room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the window that I could open for fresh air.

It was easy to explore Rome from this address. Cons: Nothing to fault.

Adriano, the owner's son, was always available and attentive to our needs, resolving any problems that arose. We greatly appreciated his helpfulness and hospitality. We highly recommend Casa Linnea Vacanze for a delightful stay in Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and welcoming atmosphere.

The check-in process was automated and simple, thanks to the helpfulness of Adriano. Room 3 was clean and spacious. The neighborhood had great restaurants nearby, like San Marco and Raf. The location was ideal for visiting the Vatican and exploring the main center of Rome. Highly recommended!

I loved staying at this hotel as it was located in a quite area within walking distance to all the popular tourist destinations. The hotel was well equipped with clean facilities, delicious breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff. Additionally, the hotel was not far from the metro station providing easy access to the center of the city.

The lighting in common areas could be improved for better mobility.

The location of the accommodation is perfect! It is situated in a calm area within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. the access to the metro was very convenient. We liked that we had a shared kitchen, which was fully equipped and had a cozy atmosphere. the host was very helpful and gave us many great recommendations for places to eat and visit nearby.

It would have been helpful to have someone on-site 24/7, especially when we had issues that needed immediate attention. it would have been great to have a luggage storage option after check-out.

The location of our accommodation was key, just a short walk away from major attractions and bus stops. We also enjoyed the friendly staff who were knowledgeable and always willing to help. having access to a variety of restaurants in the area was a great advantage.
